We partnered up with local distillery 117 West Spirits and aged a Washed Ethiopia coffee in one of their harvested bourbon barrels for 6 weeks. This special collaboration barrel-aged coffee highlights the bright, stone fruit notes of the coffee and rounds out with cedar. Think whiskey sour, but with coffee. We’re stoked for you to try it.
