At Modern Times Coffee, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

We accept returns on non-perishable coffee items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, made to order merch and perishable goods such as coffee beans or brewed beverages cannot be returned.

However, if there's an issue with quality or freshness, please contact us — we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at

within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging — we’ll sort it out quickly.
